In light of the ever-changing situation related to Covid-19, we remain steadfast in our commitment to our clients, trade partners, suppliers, ongoing projects, and our staff.
Where we are now?
We have made the transition to full-time remote work for our inside staff. Our outside sales staff is available for video conferencing/presentations if needed. Our receiving department is still open to receive material orders and deliver material to jobsites. Our outside operations staff such as our installers, superintendents and project managers are still available and are working full time on critical infrastructure projects as deemed necessary by the government. Door Systems has a Pandemic Response Plan in place for all of our staff working out on jobsites.
How will this impact you?
We are moving forward with “business as usual” to the best of our ability. Our estimating, engineering, project management, installation and accounting departments are all up and running full time. Lead times on our DSI Fire Protective Smoke Curtains shipments have increased based on the ability to receive materials. Lead times on our Integrated Fire Doors remain the same currently but are subject to change. We are making every effort to meet construction schedules.

We are available to meet online via Lifesize video conferencing with screen share capabilities. We strive to move forward through this together as seamlessly as possible and continue to provide the best support and the same high level of service you are accustomed to.
