Ideal for elevator shaft and elevator lobby smoke containment. Total Doors® are used in office buildings, hotels, hospitals, and any multi-story building.

Total Door smoke doors can be installed in 90º up to 180º installations to fit flush against the wall and are custom sized for a perfect fit over any opening.

As with all Total Door systems we use a full height, semi-concealed hinge and a full height locking channel with flush hardware to create an architecturally pleasing installation that eliminates unsightly hardware.

Contractors and owners will appreciate that all our hardware is pre-installed at the factory under quality controlled conditions to dramatically reduce installation times and ensure exceptionally long life. Because we are tested as an integrated door system, you can be confident you are in compliance with all local and national fire codes for the complete opening. We even include a limited lifetime warranty on our lock mechanisms and panic exit devices.

Shown below is a 1 1/2 hour, B label pair of cross corridor doors. The factory baked-on epoxy finish allows the doors to blend in with the architect's color scheme.

The special push-pull grips are unobtrusive. The elimination of the floor hardware, coordinators, knobs, butts astragals, etc. provides fire protection and safety without destroying the architectural design.

All Temperature rise doors by Total Door® exceed the fire code limits by using special construction that allows us to achieve a 250 degree for 30 minutes maximum temperature rise rating on our door system.

As with all Total Doors®, the Stairwell Temperature Rise door has the lowest smoke leakage rating in the industry, has been tested for 5 million cycles, comes in a variety of low profile hardware, and installs in a matter of minutes.

Total Door® Temperature Rise Doors come with either 90-minute or 180-minute positive pressure fire labels.

Total Door® is an excellent solution for high use doors that need to be fire rated yet maintain an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Total Door®'s finish options include any natural hardwood veneer that can be custom factory stained to match your specifications, HPL, vinyl, custom polurethane factory paint, architectural metals such as bronze, brass and stainless steel, or combinations of any of the above to create a unique look or pattern on the door.

Total Door® achieves fire ratings up to three hours without the use of astragals, vertical rods, coordinators, hinges knuckles, or flush bolts. This gives the door a clean flush appearance with unsurpassed performance of up to 5 million cycles and a lifetime warranty on the hardware.
